So cute and it brings out her beautiful eyes! My daughters always loved dressing up with shawls and scarves over their heads! It looks very beautiful! I'm sure she will grow up to be a wonderful woman, just like her mother! Here's my WW link: http://themomjournal.weebly.com/24/post/2011/08/a-friendly-head-bonk.html

Hi Nishana, Your daughter is very pretty and yes, children do imitate moms...mine does too, that's why I am trying to be a better person, trying to check consciously everything in my personality, so that she gets the best out of me as her mom =).
Angelina - Glad to see you here. Every mom has something common to tell. The very common one is that the kids imitate us... isn't it?
Christina- Thank you so much for the wishes. I enjoyed linking up in the blog hop.
Salma- Jazaka Allahu Khairan! We love you too, for the sake of almighty.
April, Rebecca, Sarah - A million thanks for your loving words.
Bonnie- Every child is a blessing from Almighty. I know you are eagerly waiting for your babe to arrive. Hope you are in good health. Insha Allah, everything will go smoothly by grace of Almighty.
Stephanie- I am honored and touched. Thank You so much for the award. I will look into the details shorty.
Sonia- You said it! Moms have to be the role model for them. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Shiju- Many thanks for the wishes.
In a system, some sort of 'compulsions' will always be required to keep people inside that system. In Islam the 5 times prayer is a reminder to each person about God and the need to lead a moral life. Things we do out of compulsion will lack sincerity when what we do is no way benefitting us, but if it is a thing that benefits us you will tend to do it sincerely only.

ReplyDeleteHope she grows up to be humble and generous. Why are prayers compulsory? I believe that any activity done out of compulsion would lack sincerity.
